To the rear of the Villa there is a secluded courtyard, together with a variety of individual seating and sunbathing areas to choose from to laze in the sun or shade.

Surrounding the pool which is 8 metres (26 ft) x 4 metres (13 ft) is approximately 100 square metres of terracing with seating and loungers with umbrellas for shade if needed. The pool is tiled and fully filtered for hygiene purposes and there are toilet facilities with hot shower close to the pool area, there is also an outside shower warmed by the sun adjacent to the pool.

There are two barbeque positions available allowing for a wider choice of cooking styles for meals.
