 The Villa is on two levels.
Access to the ground floor can be via a large front door
or through an equally large rear door. The ground level has a spacious
lounge equipped with television (Sky channels) and log
burning fire. It shares the ground floor with a well equipped
kitchen
 which
is adjacent to the dining area.
The Villa is capable of taking up to seven
in separate bedrooms and there
is plenty of comfortable seating in both the lounge and
dining areas.
Making this
Villa ideal for disabled individuals there is a double
bedroom complete with a shower room on the ground floor,
that is accessible without steps.
 Access
to the second level, where there are three further bedrooms is via a
wide set of marble stairs at the rear of the lounge.
If
required, meals can be served in the secluded and peaceful
courtyard area at the rear of the Villa.
There is a covered patio to the front
overlooking the gardens.
To keep the
Villa in a condition acceptable to all we maintain a no smoking
policy within the Villa and we have to say no to pets.
